Child ID Kit Purchased for PBSO
The Sheriff's Foundation is pleased to announce its purchase of a Child ID Kit for the PBSO Volunteer Unit. This user-friendly, briefcase-size kit contains a laptop, camera, fingerprint reader and printer, and allows PBSO Volunteers to set up in virtually any location. The Volunteers enter all of the child's vital info, such as age, height, weight, hair color, photo and fingerprints, and then give the parents a printout to keep in case of an emergency. This is a great, free service provided by PBSO Volunteers to give families some extra peace of mind. |
